Entertainers have a single dedicated parking space to the rear of the hotel next to the conference centre (which is the entrance used for The Prince Bishops Suite). ACCESS: From the parking space go through a set of double glass doors into a corridor which leads to the function room. Setup is at the rear of the room as this is where the sockets are. FACILITIES: No stage but there is a large area in front of the wooden dance floor to set the gear up. They will happily provide tables, chairs and extensions if required. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 3-4m STAFF: Great staff. Friendly, polite and happy to help. Music off is 01:00 here. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a beautiful venue set in its own grounds with stunning views.
