"Lovely venue^ very friendly bar staff^ perfect venue for our needs and good communication. However nobody there to receive wedding cake as planned^ believe a groundsman sorted things for us and nobody there at agreed start of event time to let us in^ we paid from 5PM and would be around 5.45 when we got access to set up.
