"Eden Barn is located in a very beautiful part of the country that provides a fantastic backdrop for a wedding. The barn itself looks great when dressed for the occasion and proved to be an ideal venue for my daughter’s wedding. However^ for me the overwhelming factor of why I would recommend Eden Barn is the warm and personable manner in which the owners run their business. They made us feel very welcome from the onset and having visited a number of wedding venues prior to Eden Barn I can honestly say that this sets them above the rest." | ||||||

No sound limiter Vinyl or stone floor area for dancing Some useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: There is a car park with spaces for around 30 to 35 cars to the front of the barn. The entertainer may reverse up to the side entrance for loading then move to the main car park. ACCESS: From the van, take the equipment through the wooden side door and the setup area is immediately on the right at the end of the barn. FACILITIES: There is no stage but the barn is around 16 - 18 feet wide and can accommodate a full sized rig. STAFF: No problems here. There is no internet service in the barn so we were offered access to the main building to use internet whenever required. They also supplied us with an electric heater for our part of the barn as it was rather cold. Great staff and locals here. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a great country hideaway type venue. The barn has a pitched roof which at the setup area is around 12 feet high at the apex but at the other end of the barn (where the guests are seated) the apex is more like 25 to 30 feet high. It's also VERY cold in here in the Winter - take a thick coat !!" | |||||||
