Temporary parking within 20 metres of access door to load in, though not allowed to park nearer on the paved area. ACCESS: Access is a long trek but trollies are available. From the access door, go through a couple of doors, into the lift to floor 1 and then down several corridors with doors between before getting to the function room. Allow plenty of access time accordingly. FACILITIES: Against a wall on one long side of the function room, facing the windows and football ground. Temporary dance floor immediately in front of setup area. Socket on wall behind. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Helpful staff although, as there are many of them, there seemed to be a little confusion with the finer details of the event. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "The correct route into the venue is not clearly signposted so speak with the venue prior to the event to get latest details. Head to reception on arrival and staff will assist with access. A nice venue once youre setup, but it is a long trek from parking to the actual function room. There are no awkward steps or doors however, the floors being smooth and flat and the doors being plenty wide enough and pushing open easily with a trolley. " | |||||||

Then through 2 double doors, up in a lift, through another 3 sets of double doors walking upwards of 200 yards down corridors and then across a pre-set function room FACILITIES: In a blocked off door way alcove, a bit of an after thought where to put the dj.on a poor quality portable stage - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Security Staff difficult to work with refusing a site visit. Manager very short and blunt. Bar staff slow to respond to requests (lights down etc). POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
