ACCESS: Can load in using a wide door which leads into corridor, then into the room. Not very far at all. HOWEVER, at 11pm, the hotel locks the door due to guest rooms nearby. So to load-out, you need to go via the hotels main entrance, which means going through a guest lounge and reception area. The hotel staff do offer the use of a trolley to help. Couple of steps at both entrances. FACILITIES: Good size function room, with plenty of space to set up. Once set up, venue staff put down a temporary dance floor in front of you. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Excellent, had a chat with the events manager on arrival, discussed layout and timing so there were no issues. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
