Venue staff directed us around the outside of the building to gain access to the function room. This was totally unsuitable for wheeled flight cases as the paths were made from flagstones which were very uneven and had large gaps between them meaning the wheels on our cases would have got stuck! There was also two steps up to the double doors of which only one was in use due to the other being obstructed! We had no alt FACILITIES: Set up at far end of downstairs function room. STAFF: A couple of staff members we encountered were rather abrupt! POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a beautiful room in which to hold a function but ceiling height was restricted in some areas to it being lower at the back of the room and there being wooden beams all across the ceiling.
