Permanent wooden dancefloor No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No windows No air conditioning No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Limited parking at the top of the cliff next to the lift. It is a pay and display car park but entertainers are exempt. Instructed to place a business card / flyer in the windscreen to keep the parking inspectors happy. ACCESS: Tricky. From the vehicle around 20 metres along a corridor to the one and only lift. Load the kit into the lift then send it down to the lower ground floor (cave level). A one way trip in the lift takes around 3 minutes. From the lift, through a very small access way into the cave. FACILITIES: There is a small alcove within the cave which is ideal to set the rig up. Not a huge amount of space so not loads of kit required. Only a single plug point too so keep power distribution sensible. - width available: 2m or less - height clearance: 2m or less STAFF: Friendly, polite and happy to help. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Small, dark and very atmospheric. This would be a great location for a halloween party !! Small wedding receptions are also quite well suited. Ours was a heavy metal / rock wedding and the ambience of the cave is wonderful for such events. Only one power socket located within the alcove. Take extensions and roadies for loading." | |||||||
