Car parks are not great for access though. ACCESS: There are 2 ways in to the Weston Room / refectory. Neither has great access. The back way has better parking, but steps to access the lift area/stairs. The front has poor parking and involves using the main entrance where there are visitors and parking in peoples way. n nThe lift is slow and you have a choice of steps down to access it (if using the main entrance) or getting out of the lift in the opposite side that you get in. You can therefore fit very little in. n nDefinitely allow plenty FACILITIES: Lovely room once inside with a good sized stage area. If using overhead effects ensure that the projector is not being used as you will set up right in front of the screen. Plenty of sockets in the floor behind and to the sides of the stage. n nMost of the room is glass and there is a lot of ambient light from the windows in day time and from the external walkway lights at night-time. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: over 4m STAFF: Very polite and helpful. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
