This review was provided by Disco Soca No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No specific dancefloor area No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: Parking can be outside the ramp to the rear entrance ACCESS: Generally set up is on the opposite end of the function room from the entrance door. A trolly would be useful. There is a disabled access ramp to the door, which can be hooked open, a short corridor and through a second door which can also be hooked open and then across the function room the rear. FACILITIES: Set up is generally in the corner of the room - plenty of room to set up and high ceiling. STAFF: Helpful staff - usually just a caretaker to open up. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "There is a sound limiter in the room, connected to a short extension lead, but it is not connected to the wall sockets!" | |||||||
