You can leave the van here all gig. Large car park suitable for around 50 to 60 cars at the front of the hotel for guest parking. ACCESS: From the van, carry the gear up half a dozen external stone steps to the upper loading bay. Go through a set of double doors, turn immediately left and the service lift is on the left a few yards along the corridor. Exit the lift on the first floor and turn left into the suite. FACILITIES: The best set up area is to cut across the corner to the left of the loading entrance doors. STAFF: Excellent staff here. Explained how to work the house lights and service lift, etc. All polite, friendly happy folk. Last orders are 23:30 with music off at 00:00. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "The load in / out is not the easiest so allow plenty of extra time but they do supply loading trolleys if required." | |||||||

ACCESS: You need to unload onto the high platform and get a trolley, there are plenty around. Use the service lift to the left as you enter but you need to use the stairs. Once up the room is easy to access. If the lift is broke there is another further round that goes to kitchen. FACILITIES: Its a low temporary stage that is quite nice to use. STAFF: Found them all quite helpful POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "The room is very well thought out and the stage in a nice area to work from." | |||||||
