Back up to the main front doors to load in then move to a parking space. ACCESS: From the loading zone go through two large, heavy wooden doors into the main internal corridor of the hotel. Go left and then right into The Blue Room. The Setup area is in the corner of the room next to the access door. FACILITIES: Setup area is basically the corner of the room. If you have a lot of kit its best to go diagonally across the corner as this leaves the most amount of space in the room for guests to dance in. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 3-4m STAFF: Bar staff, Wedding Planners, waiting staff, etc. are all very approachable and they all seem to be clued up about the event you are attending. Happy to help in any way they can. Great staff. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Very nice, high end venue ideal for Wedding Receptions / Corporate Events / etc. Great staff and loads of room for equipment and guests.
