The main car park is to the left side of the hotel with overflow car parks situated at the back, the left and to the right. ACCESS: Upon arrival pull up to the side entrance which accesses the kitchens. Take kit through the kitchen directly into The Restaurant. Very quick and easy. FACILITIES: Setup is along the rear wall. Lots of room, sockets and bonsai trees !? - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Event manager Chris is on hand from start to finish. Frequently updated with timings, given an itinerary to work from. Last order are 23:30 with room to be clear by 00:00. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a very nice venue. Jeans ad trainers not allowed - dress smartly for this one." | |||||||
