Large carpark full of deep pot holes. ACCESS: Was access through kitchen which was disabled entrance but kitchen was in use so we had to use main entrance to unload which had uneven surface and 8 steps. ACCESS: Park in the car park. Walk across the grass/path to the venue. Ask the management for the key to open a metal barrier/gate and drive up to the venue. 2 options for unloading either carry equipment up the concrete external flight of fire exit stairs and into the room, alternatively reverse the vehicle up a very steep slope (maximum half way) and load in through the kitchen door, carry equipment through the kitchen and out into the function room. Not much outside lighting so kitchen exit would be FACILITIES: Venue in an L shape layout inside. Set up across the back wall next to the exit. Wall adjacent to the bar. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Very polite and friendly staff POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
