After unloading move vehicle to car park. ACCESS: Choice of two options: 1 - Unload at gates to courtyard, walk around 20m across court yard, up 3 outside steps into the room. 2 - Unload around back by kitchen area, walk around 15 meters across a service yard, up a ramp or 3 steps in through a fire escape into the room. Either option is simple and straight forward. A trolley would be useful. FACILITIES: End of room directly in front of dancing area. Large window behind with a blackout blind. Door to an outside decking area off to the side is handy if you want to grab some fresh air. STAFF: Very friendly staff and management. Helpful in showing loading areas and routes. Laid back attitude and respectful when asking for announcements to be made. Very nice team. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Haze/smoke allowed sparingly so as not to set of detectors. Beautiful venue! " | |||||||
