Permanent wooden dancefloor Low permanent stage Haze/smoke allowed No sound limiter Blinds/curtains provided Air conditioned No useable in-house lighting effects PARKING: There is no parking on site but there is a small free car park at the top of the terrace in which the club is situated. Only a handful of spaces though. ACCESS: You need to block the back alleyway by parking behind the loading doors. Carry kit through the external wooden gate, up a VERY slippery outdoor metal staircase and through the upper loading door directly onto the stage. FACILITIES: Low level, curved stage which is quite wide. Easily copes with a medium to large size rig. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Only one staff member present who worked the upstairs bar. She was friendly, polite, helpful and kept us up to date with timings, etc. Last orders here are 23:00 with room cleared down by 23:30. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Great venue for all types of occasion but be aware that there is no parking on site and the load in / out is via a slippery outdoor metal staircase which is NOT illuminated. Take care loading out in the dark when its raining !!" | |||||||
