This review was provided by Excalibur Mobile Disco Permanent wooden dancefloor Low permanent stage No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No windows No air conditioning Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Interesting. Big tarmac park, but areas near the club can be very wet/muddy. ACCESS: Level. Many options. Really long trolley down the front path, bit tricky that. Really short carry across function room, from fire exit, but the access to it is currently a swamp, and barricaded off ( Feb 2022) .Best option is back entrance, and a sensible carry past the bar. Still a tad muddy at this one., but workable. FACILITIES: Bijou. Corner low stage, with furniture on walls. Small room, small rig recommended, especially as headroom is limited. STAFF: None present POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Car park has seen better days, and can be very muddy near doors. Change of footwear might be an idea in Winter. Nice enough venue, a tad tired, but charming. " | |||||||
