Blinds/curtains provided PLI requested PAT requested No useable in-house lighting effects Handheld volume monitoring No air conditioning No specific dancefloor area No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Small car park at front of venue ACCESS: Through 2 sets of double doors into foyer then approximately 50 metres (and more doors) into the Ballroom FACILITIES: Fairly narrow area in front of large windows next to an antique Grand Piano. Be careful, this a museum - extremely expensive furniture and antiques!!! Also care must taken of the period wooden floor. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: over 4m STAFF: Very helpful, provided me with a fan in the extremely hot room. POWER PROVISION: Long extensions (up to 25m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "As a working museum this venue requires your respect and care. Also because of security there are no opening windows or ventilation. The room can get extremely hot to the point of being very unpleasant in Summer. Make sure to take a fan!" | |||||||
