You want to be around the side however near the disabled places. Its £1 per hour during the day. ACCESS: Take a change of clothes as the stairs are not great. 3 sets with over 25. Then 2 doors to the function room and a good way to the stage. The stairs also narrow with 2 ninety degree bends to make things worse still FACILITIES: Great stage at what i'd call mid height. STAFF: Staff are great, polite and helpful POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "A large room that could do many good functions, place needs a lift." | |||||||

Parking is chargeable from 8am - 5pm. Not really much street parking nearby so take plenty of change !! ACCESS: Park next to the loading doors and carry the kit up a rather long staircase into the upper function room. Stage is at the far end of the room, Not the easiest of load ins - allow extra time. FACILITIES: Large, high level stage at the back of the room. You can fit any sized rig here. Ideal. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 3-4m STAFF: We only saw the kitchen staff but they seemed friendly enough. They gave us free food :) POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "The venue is set just outside of the city centre removing it from the rush hour bedlam. Difficult load in but function room can hold around 250 guests. Suitable for any occasion." | |||||||
