"The Cricketers is one of the oldest pubs in Brighton and The Greene Room is named after the author Graham Greene who immortalised the pub in his iconic novel Brighton Rock. The Greene Room is made up of stylishly decorated rooms that are perfect for any occasion. Three interlinked rooms give you the flexibility to position the dance floor, photo booth and food stations as you want to. Our seating and tables can be laid out or cleared to suit your needs and the facilities are for private use for your guests only. Our fully stocked and manned bar caters for all your drink requirements and is a great focal point during your event. The Greene Room is available to hire every day and evening and acts as a function venue for events, parties, and celebrations "

This review was provided by Infiniti Disco No sound limiter Blinds/curtains provided Air conditioned No useable in-house lighting effects No specific dancefloor area No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: No parking at the venue. There is an underground NCP car park called The Lanes near the venue, �9.50 charge, can pay by card. Short walk from car park to venue. ACCESS: Not good...park on double yellows, straddling pavement. Through a very busy bar area up some narrow, windy stairs into function room which is on first floor. After unloading, you will have to find a car park and traffic wardens operate in the area do dont risk staying on double yellows. Allow extra time to unload and maybe take an extra pair of hands. FACILITIES: End of a dining room that is cleared to create a function room. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Friendly, helpful staff POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Small dining room that is cleared to create a function room on first floor. Wifi is via The Cloud. Dont need a huge set up as space is tight." | |||||||
