Unfortunately I have a SWB transit van with a high roof which is too tall to enter so I had to park on the main seafront. Anything taller than an average car will not fit under the barrier. Depending on the season this can be a fair walk back to the hotel (nearly a mile on my visit). Finding a parking space on Brighton seafront - expensive and difficult. ACCESS: There is space for one vehicle at the back of the hotel and you can temporarily reverse up to the back fire exit of the hotel to unload - roadie recommended. Carry the equipment up an internal staircase to the function room FACILITIES: The venue ask you to set up against the left wall width ways. This is adjacent to the bar at the end of the room. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: over 4m STAFF: Very friendly, welcoming POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Plenty of plug sockets around the room if using uplighters" | |||||||
