I was kindly helped out by 2 very young but capable and eager lads in high vis jackets, who I believe are connected/related to the bar staff. ACCESS: Couldnt be much closer really. just a few metres. you can either go through a single door which is closer or the double doors just 4-5 metres further FACILITIES: Modest and basic. in the corner opposite the bar. nnot really any room for T bar lighting, although you could probably get one adjacent to the set up area. but on my night, they had a big screen projector for a slide show. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Lovely friendly bar staff. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "dont be fooled or put off by the size/type of venue or the "dj area". they got the main lights totally off during the disco and the size of the room meant that even with my speakers at mid volume, and a couple of modest lights on the go - it really gave the room some atmosphere. from there on in, its down to you and the crowd! good luck - in fact im back here in January! so lets see what the next lot are like! n(DO NOT BRING YOUR FULL KIT/SET UP! THERES NO ROOM AND/OR IT WILL GO TO WASTE!)" | |||||||
