Trolley required. ACCESS: Access via main entrance. Need to use a lift, then go along a corridor overlooking squash courts before accessing the function room. A trolley is required in order to make the load in practical. Function room after rugby matches so may need to get through people hanging around which can be difficult. FACILITIES: Setup is normally in a side room which distances you form the guests. Attempt to set up without using the side room which brings you closer to the guests. Either in the recess of the bar, on the edge of the bar or on a specific stage area. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 3-4m STAFF: Staff are very helpful. Phone ahead to request that the creche door is open to enter. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
