ACCESS: Access is via the front entrance, through the reception area and into the function room. The setup area is beyond the bar and round the corner and is within a corner section. Staff claim that access is also available via the rear entrance which would make things a lot easier for future functions although on the day of my function, the key for the side gate to allow vehicular access had been mislaid! FACILITIES: Setup area is plentiful for an average-sized mobile dj. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 3-4m STAFF: No issues POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "*** Smoke machines are tolerated so long as they are not used excessiveoly and the smoke is kept within the back part of the room, away from the bar area ***" | |||||||
