There is also the option of gaining access to the venue from the main entrance at the front of the building. FACILITIES: There is a raised stage area but the roof if fairly low. STAFF: Staff are very friendly and helpful. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a great little room, ideal for intimate parties. The room is said to hold up to 200 guests which would be fine for 'night club style' events but the capacity would be more comfortable at around 100 guests for more traditional style functions. There are a few small steps to navigate when accessing the venue but a lift is available. Although the venue forms part of Glasgow University Union (The Hive) it is available for hire to the general public. " | |||||||
