No sound limiter Air conditioned No useable in-house lighting effects No specific dancefloor area No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: No issues ACCESS: You can park in front of the main entrance ( when finished park) Double doors Hallway to lift Its a small lift so maybe a few journeys Out of lift (1st floor) corridor then double doors into the bar area FACILITIES: The disco area is at the far end as you enter the room via the lift Right next to this area are doors to the Balcony /smoking area which meant people were going in and out of these doors, I can imagine in the summer this would be a right pain I did take some cable mats STAFF: Ok POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "If you work solo, like me, I unloaded everything at the entrance and then made a few lift journeys I left the kit in the main entrance they do have CCTV at the main door The pain was people going out on the balcony to smoke and cables,this was winter " | |||||||

Vinyl or stone floor area for dancing No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited SOUND LIMITER - Moderately sensitive No effective blackout PARKING: Large Tarmac Car Park, (although very busy when I turned up and struggled to find a space). Can pull up to the automatic double doors to load in. ACCESS: Through the front doors, and either up the stairs or just around the corner is the lift. Up and out of the lift, turn left through another set of double doors and into the room. If using the lift, it's step free. FACILITIES: Set up in the middle of the room between the large windows, facing the bar. 2 x double sockets on the wall close by. STAFF: Very Friendly and Helpful. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Sound limiter fitted, above the bar, right at the top of the ceiling. Staff were not aware of the threshold limit, but it seems to have a reasonable limit set and didn't cause a problem. No curtains or blinds on the large windows." | |||||||
