This review was provided by Excalibur Mobile Disco No sound limiter Vinyl or stone floor area for dancing No useable in-house lighting effects No windows No air conditioning No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Very reasonable. Venue has a large car park, and access to the room is by a track off this, round the back of the venue. Park by the fire doors. This area is somewhat isolated and hidden, so you may wish to return your vehicle to the main park. ACCESS: Very fair. A short walk down a corridor with four corners, and three small steps. Trolleys are useless. FACILITIES: Small alcove, with low headroom. Restricted view of room and bar. Small dancefloor area. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2m or less STAFF: Very good. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Access to room from fire doors is level, but from room to main venue is by stairs., as its a basement. Small room, very high ambient light, especially if staff dont turn a few lights off. " | |||||||
