High permanent stage Haze/smoke allowed No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No specific dancefloor area No effective blackout PARKING: The car park for the village hall is not suitable for use by the DJ as it is 100 yards up the road. It is possible to park on the road outside the front door of the hall. There are no on-street parking restrictions. ACCESS: Unload from your vehicle, go through the doors of the building, round a 90-degree corner, and through the hall to the stage at the other end of the room. FACILITIES: The setup area is on a stage at the back of the room, accessible via a set of steps. There is enough room to accommodate most rigs, and the ceiling is a good height. However as the hall is fairly small, it should not be necessary to provide a large sound system. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: The staff are not usually on site. For weekend parties, the hirer will collect the key from the village post office on the Saturday morning and will not be required to return it until after the weekend. So timings should be flexible if extra setup/break down time is needed. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Two 13A sockets are available for use on the stage." | |||||||
