This review was provided by 5 Star Discos High permanent stage Blinds/curtains provided Air conditioned Temporary special (eg LED) dancefloor No useable in-house lighting effects Handheld volume monitoring Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Small car park at the hotel. Can be tight for a transit or larger van. ACCESS: Pull up to patio area. Across that and in through the door to the bar, pass through the small bar, in through a set of double doors and that is you in the room. You setup on the stage area directly to your left. FACILITIES: Large stage area. Lots of sockets behind you but there is also a doorway to rooms which means people might walk behind you if the curtain is open for access so make sure to tape down your cables. STAFF: Very nice and helpful staff POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Great venue with massive stage area and good staff." | |||||||

This review was provided by Lee Live: Wedding DJ High permanent stage No sound limiter Temporary special (eg LED) dancefloor No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning Haze/smoke prohibited No effective blackout PARKING: A very busy hotel with limited parking. You have to unload at the side of the function room on double yellow lines and move vehicle. ACCESS: All equipment needs to be stored in the bar area pending room turn around. Access to the bar is from the car-park at the side of the function room. It is easy to get gear to set-up area as it on the side wall as you enter the room. FACILITIES: The stage area is 4ft above the dancefloor. Steps on either side lead down to the dancefloor. Height is limited to about 9ft. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 3-4m STAFF: All happy staff. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "They have striplights all around the tops of the walls. You can request for the colour to be changed. " | |||||||
