Permanent wooden dancefloor Low permanent stage Haze/smoke allowed No sound limiter No useable in-house lighting effects No windows No air conditioning PARKING: Small car park at front only holds about 4-5 cars ,if you are early you can park ok. ACCESS: Up a couple of steps ,in main door then along a short corridor then up stairs along the function room to the small raised stage. FACILITIES: A fair size small raised stage - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Friendly and helpful . POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "A typical social club venue ,it is on the 1st floor so access is a bit difficult ,the load out can be easier at the end of the night by using the rear external metal staircase but take care as it can be slippery especially if it has been raining . It is a self contained room with its own bar ,smoke is allowed but there is a detector right above the stage and I set it off after using a light haze for a few minutes so stopped using it . nAnd they expect you to be out in record time at the end and " | |||||||
