ACCESS: There are two access areas - one is completely one level ie no steps but is quite a way to carry equipment on your own - a trolley would be required. The second access is to the opposite side of the hotel but is more of a direct route into the function room, however to get there, there are concrete steps down from the unloading area to the patio doors, then again a walk the length of the room. FACILITIES: Staged area which is in a recess. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Pleasant staff, many of them with English as a second language POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
