"Venue were very accommodating. We were allowed in during the afternoon to set up tables and decorate the hall. The disco was allowed to set up early too. Also the party had to be altered a few weeks beforehand due to unforeseen circumstances - the hall happily accommodated the change. They also provided drinks tokens so we could give our guests one free drink." | ||||||

ACCESS: You have to carry your gear some distance to function room, trolleys advised. You have to transport the equipment through a Tunnel/passageway to the function room fire door,then a short 10m walk to stage area. Which is raised about 300mm above ground level FACILITIES: Venue was done up at the start of 2013, before it was a massive venue, today its been basically split in half and holds maybe about 200 max. Smallish stage area nowadays. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Excellent staff, very friendly. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in close proximity to setup area | |||||||
