No sound limiter Blinds/curtains provided Temporary wooden dancefloor No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No stage area Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: Lots of parking at this venue but it is at the back of the hotel and quite a walk. ACCESS: We were able to temporarily park outside the 'Westonbirt Room' and unload our equipment into a small storage room (which was behind the function room) as the wedding breakfast had over run. Once finished, we were able to access the room and set up. FACILITIES: We set up on the carpeted area before the temporary wooden dance floor was laid in front of us. STAFF: No issues POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "This is a beautiful room for a wedding celebration. We were fortunate on this visit to be given access to the room BEFORE the temporary wooden dance-floor was laid as this meant we could set up on the carpet giving ourselves plenty of space. We have been to this venue previously when the dance-floor has been laid first and there wasn't much of a gap left in which to set up between the back wall and the dance-floor which meant that equipment was encroaching onto it." | |||||||
