ACCESS: Via a wooden ramp (slippery when wet) and a couple of doors and navigating a couple of tables. FACILITIES: In an alcove, should be enough room for most. STAFF: I spoke to many of the staff, and all of them from the top to the bottom were lovely people who knew what their guests wanted and cared about the quality of service.
