Haze/smoke allowed No sound limiter Vinyl or stone floor area for dancing No useable in-house lighting effects No air conditioning No stage area No effective blackout PARKING: Ample parking which is right next to the function room. Tarmac, flat and level. ACCESS: Easy access, areas are only a short walk to the function room, which has multiple doors for entry. Only the usual "lips" of the doors to step over, otherwise no problems at all. FACILITIES: Setup area is in the corner of the room, central from either access door within easy reach. Full length windows behind setup space so can get hot on summers day. Ample width and height, all flat and level with no major obstacles. STAFF: Friendly and accommodating, communication between staff good. POWER PROVISION: Plenty of 13A sockets in easy reach ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Function room is a separate building from the main Trickys Hotel, if unable to find it, staff in main building very helpful." | |||||||
