The Lounge Suite and Restaurant within the clubhouse are available for hire for private functions throughout the year and is the perfect venue for any celebration! Our facilities offer flexibility, allowing us to cater for everything from small intimate parties up to large, well-attended functions. Our Lounge Suite has plenty of space for seating, dining and dancing in comfort and style. The suite is capable of being configured to create a private environment, tailored to suit your event. Our catering team can create delicious menus, from BBQs and finger buffets to four course meals, and we are happy to work with you to create a bespoke menu specifically for your occasion. A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be ordered from the bar where you will have designated bar staff throughout your event. ACCESS: Was able to park very close to the front door. The venue is disabled friendly, so it was a completely flat route to the function room. I was able to use my trolley from vehicle to set up area. FACILITIES: Carpeted area in front of a dancefloor area. You are close to the entrance, so guests will be able to see the "DJ side" of the disco, so youll need to keep that side tidy to look professional. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2-3m STAFF: Very friendly staff, who were available during the pre-event consultation to advise on setup location, electrical sockets etc. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required | |||||||
