Parking

Large car park. You can reverse down the tight alley to the fire exit to unload but can't leave your vehicle there. It must be moved back to the car park for the duration of the event.

Access to Setup Area

In through a large fire exit door and that is you in the room. You set up on the stage which is about 20 Feet awat.

Setup Area Facilities

Good sized stage comprising of 6 2x1M panels. Lots of sockets behind you as well.

Reverse into rear of hotel. You can only go so far then there are bollards. Access is then through two doorways - very easy.

The hall is round with a high roof. There are a couple of options for setting up depending on room layout - either in a square area which leads to the staff area or on a temporary stage (which is also often shared by the top table)
