"I worked with them prior to the event and they handle communications excellently - in detail and promptly. They were a pleasure to work with, and I manage events as part of my job so have plenty of experiences against which to compare! For the event itself, I was supported excellently by the GM, reception, the Duty Manager, and the bar / catering staff. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and helpful and it was great to have their assistance for our event. The guests found the hotel easily and were also really happy with everything. Thanks!"
