"James was very professional and polite. He was very efficient at supplying insurance documentation etc and getting in contact the week before the event. His equipment and setup was good and the music was exactly right for our party of 9 year olds. I had made some specific requests for activities which James was able to pick up and run with and I think they turned out rather well. He was very approachable for requests. He worked non stop for the 2 hours of the party. Most importantly the kids had a great time."
