Many members have asked us if they can add feedback from other sources to their needadisco.com profile. We have considered such requests on several occasions but until now have not found a way to ensure that non-needadisco.com feedback is 100% genuine and 'trusted'.
After much consideration we have recently launched the External Feedback feature which allows you to invite your clients (ahead of the event) to participate in the needadisco.com feedback process.
Here's how it works:
- at least 7 days prior to the event, you provide us with your client's contact details (with their permission, of course - remember GDPR!
- we will write to them and invite them to participate
- if they agree, we will send them an invitation to leave feedback shortly after the event and at regular intervals afterwards for up to 3 months
- feedback received will be dealt with in the same way as needadisco.com feedback and displayed on your public-facing page
- we have various security checks in place to ensure that the process is extremely difficult to abuse and remind members using the facility that our terms & conditions of use prevent 'passing off'
