Callback Request Function

Now prospective clients can request that you contact them by phone at a pre-agreed time, right from your Public-Facing Profile page.

First you need to configure a few preferences...

To enable this feature on your profile, visit Member Dashboard -> Profile -> Configuration -> Callback Preferences.

On this page you can enable/disable Callback (it will initially be disabled) as well as set the times you are available to make calls to clients to fit in with your weekly commitments. Times outside these ranges will not be offered to clients.

When a callback request is received, we will email you a notification. We will not allow callback requests for at least one hour (if you are ordinarily available) so that you have time to receive the notification and make arrangements for the call. Clients are asked to provide a summary of their requirements too, so this also gives you chance to do any background research beforehand.

Callback requests have their own summary page on Member Dashboard right in the DJ/Disco Enquiries section so you can see at a glance any upcoming requests.

Callback is not available to FREE listing members, members under suspension or members who have self-suspended.
