PARKING
"There are various large car parks dotted around the grounds of the racecourse. All appear to be free to park in but are quite a walk from the main building."
ACCESS
"Pull up to the front doors of the main building. Ideally load the gear onto a trolley (venue has trolleys for loading) and go up the ramp, through the foyer and into the lift. Take lift to the 2nd floor then wheel kit to the end of the hallway into the suite."
FACILITIES
"Setup is at the back of the function room directly in front of the large windows which overlook the racetrack. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 3-4m"

STAFF
"Lots of staff on duty when we attended. They like the gear set up long before the event start time so its advisable to prepare for an early load in. Last orders are 23:30 with room clear by 00:00."

"Superb venue for mostly high end events. Load in takes a long time though and its advisable to take a couple of roadies. Equipment may be left and loaded out the following day."

PARKING
"There is a lot of parking onsite at the racecourse. Take the van to the front of the building to unload into the foyer then move it to a parking space in one of the main car parks. There is literally parking for hundreds of cars / buses / vans / etc. Perfect."
ACCESS
"From the foyer carry the gear to the service elevator in the central reception area. Go up to the first floor, exit the lift and turn left. You'll come to a set of large double wooden doors labelled 'Gosforth Park Suite'. Go through here and you're in."
FACILITIES
"The room is huge. Different events require setting up in different parts of the room but it's all very samey. It's usually a corner setup as that's where the sockets are located. Loads of space for the largest of rigs in all four corners."

"The staff are perfect. All very clued up and switched on. They show you where to go to set up, get changed, enter / exit the building / etc. Great staff here :)"

"We hosted an international boxing match in this suite and it was perfect for our needs. The Gosforth Park Suite holds around 400 spectators plus we had a full sized boxing ring set up in the middle of it. Ideal for large scale events of all kinds, top end Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events, etc."
