PARKING
"There is a large public car park to the rear of the building and various terraced side streets opposite the centre as well as a large industrial estate offering free unlimited parking. During large events these areas can get quite busy but parking usually doesnt present any major problem."
ACCESS
"You must take the vehicle over the grassy area in front of the centre to the side loading doors at the left of the main sports hall. Reverse up to these doors and load directly into the sports hall. Stay parked here all gig and then load out the same way. You are parked on grass however so keep an eye on the weather... easy to get stuck in the mud !!"
FACILITIES
"The main hall is huge but can be separated into different sections via pull along, moveable walls, etc. We had the far half of the main hall (essentially 50% of the room). Setup can be along any of the three solid walls, though we used the far rear wall which contained the loading doors as this meant load out would not mean battling through crowds of people - and this worked very well. Large rig required here as the main hall is rather sizeable and echoes a lot. - width available: at least 5m - "

"This leisure centre is one of the biggest we have ever been in. We were in the main hall but the centre also boasts various other function rooms here and there. It has a gym, squash courts, soft play rooms and licensed bar areas dotted throughout. The venue is suitable for pretty much any event, from a small childs party to a vast Wedding Reception. From what I understand it is also possible to erect a marquee within the grounds and host an event from there. An exceptionally versatile venue."
