"Access not to easy, park near a rear exit and access is into a area at foot of a single flight of stairs, get to the top into main function room and set up area is on again to far end of room so could be extra tricky if not set up before party people arrive."

"Small raised stage area for setup if required or floor set up if larger footprint area required diamension is for stage area. nThere was a light rig there with lighting but my own system used but I never asked if available. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m"
