"You can park within 6 ft of the rear fire exit door of the function room area that leads directly into the set up room"

"Compact area made up of Portakabin style function room that opens into a bar area. Well maintained inside, lots of seating/tables for around 50 ish guests g. The windows have blinds so can be blacked out when lights are off. Be aware, the ceiling height is failrtly low. You can fit a standard DJ rig up but lights need to be under your upright bar as max clearance around 7-8 ft - width available: 2m or less - height clearance: 2-3m"
