"Ample parking, very busy on sunday afternoons due to football matches on the adjacent field."

"There are several rooms, All on the ground floor. The room being described is closest to the car park. A set of large double doors (fire escape) leads directly from the car park straight into the function room, with a few steps across to the dancefloor."
