Permanent wooden dancefloor High permanent stage Decent house lighting rig available No sound limiter Blinds/curtains provided Air conditioned Haze/smoke prohibited PARKING: There is a car park to the rear of the building suitable for around 30 cars. Grab a space near to the loading door and park here all gig. ACCESS: From the van go through a single, large wooden directly into the function room. The stage is immediately in front of you. They don't like the loading door left open for long as the heat escapes! FACILITIES: Ideally set up on the stage. If there's a band on though set up in the small alcove to the right of the stage. There is a full in house sound and light setup for the resi, some of which you allowed to use. STAFF: Most are friendly and happy to help. The room manager is quite strict and likes things done in a certain way. Last orders 23:45 with music off bang on 00:00. POWER PROVISION: Short extensions (up to 5m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Large function room (100+ guests) in a large local hotel suitable for pretty much any type of occasion. Perfectly suited to top end Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events, Band Nights and Christmas Parties. Complete built in sound and lighting systems - it's basically a 'walk in'." | |||||||
