ACCESS: From the vehicle, through the front doors, through a second set of double doors and to the back of the hall. BE CAREFUL of a very un-noticeable raised area in the centre of the room. Its done in the same red carpet as the main floor and creates a trip hazard. FACILITIES: Large rig setup is along the back wall, small rig is on right hand wall (next to the piano). No stage. Setup on same level as guests. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: over 4m STAFF: Very friendly and helpful. POWER PROVISION: Long extensions (up to 25m) required ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: "Do your research on how to get to this venue very very well before setting off. Sat Nav will not help you with this one and in fact it took us to a completely different church almost 18 miles away from this one!! If you are using Sat Nat, set it for Stow, not the church itself or the postcode, and then use your eyes. Also due to all of the 30 mph speed camera laden B roads, as an example, travelling to it from Co. Durham takes almost 3 hours. Plan well for this one folks." | |||||||
